Community Login Instructions

How to Log In to Aprimo Community

  • If you are an Aprimo customer or partner already receiving e-mail from us (breakthru@evolve.aprimo.com), you already have an account set up for you; you only need to set up a password.
  • Go to the login page.
  • Click on Reset Password
  • Fill in your work e-mail address in “Email Address” and select “Send Password Link”. (Note: if your company has tight restrictions on accepted sender e-mail domains, the password reset e-mail may go to your spam/junk folder or to an IT spam/junk folder. In that case, ask your IT department to whitelist connectedcommunity.org as an accepted sender e-mail domain, and follow the instructions below to indicate you are having an issue logging in.)
  • You should receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password, which will then allow you access as a member of the Aprimo Community!
  • If you have any issues logging in, please contact us and send us a message.
         
      
  • If you are not receiving e-mail from Aprimo (breakthru@evolve.aprimo.com), follow these instructions.
  • Go to the login page.
  • Click on Register for an Account Here in the bottom right corner, under "Join the Aprimo Customer Community!".
  • Fill in your contact information on the registration form and click on Register at the bottom of the form.
  • You should receive an e-mail within 24-48 hours letting you know your account has been set up, and you can proceed with setting up a password.
