- If you are an Aprimo customer or partner already receiving e-mail from us (breakthru@evolve.aprimo.com), you already have an account set up for you; you only need to set up a password.
- Go to the login page.
- Click on Reset Password
- Fill in your work e-mail address in “Email Address” and select “Send Password Link”. (Note: if your company has tight restrictions on accepted sender e-mail domains, the password reset e-mail may go to your spam/junk folder or to an IT spam/junk folder. In that case, ask your IT department to whitelist connectedcommunity.org as an accepted sender e-mail domain, and follow the instructions below to indicate you are having an issue logging in.)
- You should receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password, which will then allow you access as a member of the Aprimo Community!
