Hello and welcome to introductory Productivity Management Administrator training!  The following materials will help you understand what Aprimo PM can offer and how best to utilize its features.  We will illustrate how to:

System Administrators and Workflow Administrators are responsible for maintaining the application.   This can include configuring workflows and custom work request forms as well as manage initial triage of user questions and issues.
